We proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Warranty from the day you receive your package. 

1. Returns Due to Quality Issues (Our Responsibility)
If your eyeglasses arrive damaged, defective, or if a custom-cutting error deviates from the optical data you legally submitted, we take full responsibility:
 We will provide a 100% Full Refund(including original shipping fees), Or We will re-craft and ship a brand-new replacement pair completely free of charge.

Customers will not be responsible for any return shipping or handling fees in this case.

 2. Returns Due to Non-Quality Issues (Customer's Reason)
Since each custom lens is fully tailored to your specific measurements, it cannot be resold or reused. If you wish to return the glasses due to personal reasons (e.g., entered the wrong optical data, chose the wrong size/color, or simply do not like the style), you can return them within 30 days under the following conditions:

Returns and Refunds: You may return your eyewear to our warehouse to request a refund. However, given the fully customized nature of prescription optical products, we will deduct 50% from your total refund amount as a restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fee: For non-quality returns, a flat return shipping  of $14.00 USD will be applied. 

3. Return Instructions
For all non-quality returns, please follow these steps:

Notice:Please do not send your return to the sender's address printed on your package. You must email our customer support team at service@aogeeye.com first to register your return and initiate the process.

 4. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Within 24 Hours: You can modify or cancel your order completely free of charge within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 Hours: As custom lenses enter the precision manufacturing and cutting phase 24 hours after an order is placed, canceling or modifying an order after this deadline will incur a 50% restocking fee.

 5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
