  • Processing Time: 1~3business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.2. Shipping Options & Delivery EstimatesWe provide two shipping methods to meet your needs. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
  • Standard Shipping (Default):
    • Shipping Time: 8 - 10 business days.
    • Total Delivery Time: 9 - 13 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Expedited):
    • Shipping Time: 3 - 4 business days.
    • Total Delivery Time: 4 - 7 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy
  • Standard Shipping:
    • FREE SHIPPING on all orders 
  • Express Shipping:
    • A flat rate of $20.00 USD applies to all eligible express orders.
    • Please note: Express shipping is only available for orders over $79.00 USD. We do not offer express shipping for orders under $79.00 USD.
4. Taxes and Duties
  • Sales Tax: All applicable sales taxes are already included in the retail price displayed on our product pages. You will not see any unexpected tax additions at checkout.
  • Customs/Import Duties: For our US customers, shipments generally do not incur additional import duties.
