1. Order Processing

Custom crafting takes 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options (Total Time = Processing + Shipping)

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. Delivery takes 8–10 business days (11–15 days total).

Express Shipping: $20.00 USD flat rate. Delivery takes 2–4 business days (5–9 days total).

1. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

If it's the Seller's fault (Defects/Mistakes): 100% Free refund or replacement.

If it's the Buyer's fault (Change of mind/Wrong entry)

Note: You must email first; returns must be sent to the China warehouse, not the original shipping address.
